Questions
Do I need to pay to start?+
No. Sign up and use every feature free for 7 days. No card or payment is needed to start.
How do I pay?+
By bank transfer. After signing up, the Billing page shows our account details. Transfer the amount, upload a screenshot of the receipt, and our team activates your plan, usually within one working day.
What happens when the trial ends?+
If no payment has been submitted, the account is put on hold. Your data is kept safe, and you can use BMS again as soon as you upload a payment receipt.
Can I keep working while my payment is checked?+
Yes. Once your receipt is submitted, the account stays open while our team reviews it.
What if I renew late?+
Paid plans keep working for 3 days after the period ends so you have time to renew. Paying early adds the new period on top of the time you have left.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Choose a different plan when you submit your next payment. Moving down keeps all your data; limits only stop you adding more users or warehouses than the plan allows.
